You're forgetting that Joshua put Ruiz down for the first time as a Pro. The ability to hurt Ruiz exists but it has been quietly forgotten about. It was the reason Joshua went in hard and got exposed.

Joshua learned more about Ruiz than Ruiz about Joshua. I think the rematch will see a Joshua win but Ruiz will get a rematch clause and it'll go to a trilogy.

Let's not forget the fact that it was NOT the first time Joshua had been down and in trouble! 41-yr. old Wlad had him down and in serious trouble too!

Youre not mentioning the fact that Ruiz had just fought and beat Dimi only 35 days before he fought and beat AJ. Its not like Andy was coming off the couch! He had a great camp for Dimi and never got hurt in that fight.

As for your "he lost to Parker"....Damn near everyone who watched that fight saw it as either at worst a draw or a win for Ruiz. The only people who doubted Ruiz and claimed he was a cherry pick were mostly Wilder fanboys or just people who dont like AJ. Real fans with a knowledge of boxing knew that Ruiz was a real threat.
