What I backtrack on lmao I said you are trying give him the benefit of doubt even though he failed the test... He is guilty until he can prove his innocence as he failed... I then pointed out others using aj loss and Whyte popping dirty as having something to do with wilder and his voodoo powers

Tests can be failed because the sample has been compromised...He is currently in the process of contesting this. At no time have I said Whyte is innocent, if you read my comments again I asked for clear evidence that he cheated, that should be provided from the result of this investigation before calling him a cheat. If his B sample came back clean then everyone who has already made their minds up will look foolish. I did also said that if he is proven to have cheated then he should be banned for life. I keep seeing people claiming that i'm somehow defending Whyte simply because im asking for facts before making a decision.

We don’t know if he using the compromised excuse as the confidentiality clause is keeping the public in the dark... what we do know is his A sample tested positive for Dianabol and no way he can possibly claim contamination with that kind of steroid so unless he mistakenly picked up the wrong bag of whatever supplements his team concocts for him he tested positive and the B sample will prove just that since it’s the same urine the A sample was

Here's a logical question....Why hasn't the results of the "B" Sample come to light yet? It does not take this long. People speak of the adjudication process being the reason why He was allowed to fight...If that's the case, then that implies his B sample was tested and came back clean...however, that is NOT the case because apparently his B test is still not back yet.

As Per the UKAD, "Where the Notice of Charge is based on an Adverse Analytical Finding, the athlete has the right to request analysis of the B-Sample.

If the B-Sample does not confirm the result of the A-Sample then the entire test is considered as negative and the Notice of Charge withdrawn. No further action will be taken against the athlete.

If the B-Sample analysis confirms the Adverse Analytical Finding in respect of the A-Sample, then the athlete can either accept the finding and consequences specified in the Notice of Charge or request that the matter proceed to a hearing."

At the end of the day, the burden of proof rests on Whyte...He was allowed to fight without any consideration of duty of care for his opponent... Hearn clearly didnt care about Rivas..and neither did the UKAD. and THATS THE ISSUE HERE

A failed test is a failed test now you can compare what each boxer failed for recreational drugs are different but nonetheless you fail you deserve to be banned no matter if you from America,u.k, or space

Exactly. Roy Jones Jr for instance was one of my favorite boxers of all time but after he got popped for steroids I removed him from my top 5. These dudes lives are at stake when they fight. Cheaters FROM ANYWHERE need to be held accountable.
