Isn't it sad that even though Floyd is 42 and hasn't fought since 2015 that..........

That makes you a casual fan too imo. If you only watch big fights and May/Pac 2 is in your top 10 most anticipated match ups, yes, you're a casual fan.

I think that's reasonable logic. Just like so called football "fans" who don't watch the whole year but watch the superbowl. Those aren't real fans

Floyd has about a billion dollars in the bank, and you want him to train, do 5am road work, sweat, get in the ring and maybe get hurt? FOH.

It's over for Floyd vs anyone at this point. I like Pacquiao, but if he truly had an injured shoulder for their fight, he should have postponed it until he healed properly. To fight Floyd while injured was a disservice to himself, boxing and his fans.

You suggested that Robbie Barrett only watches big fights, thus making him a casual. It was a "you've got some nerve" response to the belief that wanting a pac vs floyd rematch makes one a casual.

That one little key word "too" is important. In that text it means both actions make you a casual fan. I can't speak for Robbie Barrett. I'm saying IMO only watching big fights AND wanting to see May/Pac 2 are what casuals do.

I answered your original question to me while also giving my input on your conversation with Robbie Barrett. I probably should've responded to your original quote to me to avoid confusion.

That should tell you all you need to know.

What's funny is the same people that criticize Floyd for fighting an "old" Pacquiao want him to fight a 2019 Pacquiao

If May has saved up enough money then there is no reason for him to still fight at age 42.

Is that not what I just said???? So, I interpreted you correctly. Also we disagree, on the second part (May/Pac 2 casual etc). What is it I'm not comprehending? I know exactly what you said and what you mean. We AGREE about those who only watch big fights. We DISAGREE on the May/Pac 2 debacle. That's it.

Big names being called out of retirement is nothing new and not exclusive to Floyd.
