It water weight, and putting on that much, shows how dehydrated you are, and putting on that much causes your body to be water logged making you slow and sluggish.

Plus cutting muscle mass affects you negatively.

You try losing that in a 10 week training camp, then cut 1 stone in the last week, and then put on that stone again after you make weight?

You cannot replenish that water quick enough to all parts of the body.

Pac s win over thurman is much, much better than floyds nelo win. Did thurman against Pac look like the one against lopez? Nelo was unproven against top tier opponents
You can't say a cw win is better than Pac s win over a super champion in prime. What Pac has did, a former flyweight being oldest ww champ ever hasn't been done in over 100 years of boxing.

I honestly don't know which to pick.

Mayweather was up there in age going up against a much younger fighter who had a pretty significant size advantage and completely schooled him. That shyt wasn't even close. Fast forward to today, it still remains Canelo's only loss. Not just a loss. A complete shut out.


But on the other hand, you have an old man at 41 years old taking out a a legit top welter that is much younger and undefeated fighter supposedly in his prime. Even dropped him.

Mayweather beating Canelo meant much more. In fact, I'm surprised it's 50/50 here. Certainly those choices can't be being made by all purists.

Spence goin up against Porter will probably mean Pac vs Porter, which is a fight I wouldn't bet on. Porter is too damn strong to bet against him, and he wouldn't lay down for Pac for a check, I don't think. Mayweather pops outta retirement to fight whoever wins vs Pacquaio and Porter, hopefully Pacquaio gets past Porter. I think Porter is mentally the stronger person compared to Spence, even if the fights in Dallas. I feel this was cause of how he acted with Bud. When Mayweather fights Pac again, bet a tenth of your wealth of Floyd.
