Didn't say Roberto has bad footwork. I'm saying it's leagues slower than Pac. Pac will spin him like a top.

    Context is important.
Don’t forget that Hagler is able to switch hit smoothly. Not to mention that his jab is like a piston. It’ll be interesting to see how Pac handles Spences jab. If anything this might be the closes we’ll get to see Pac against Hagler.

Slower footwork doesn’t necessarily mean he can’t keep up. Look how well JMM was able to handle Pac with his footwork. Duran could do that as well.

If Pac and Duran had fought at their best it’ll definitely had been a fight of the ages. I still think Duran gets the better of Pac down the stretch. He can be just as good of a counterpuncher as JMM and still be aggressive AF.

No, you simply can’t be bothered with the fact that when all is said and done Pac has already earned his place as a boxing great, historically and achievement wise. It is what it is

I can already tell you’re not a true boxing fan. A guy with your standards probably has no respect for other great fighters of the past.

A real last quick comment, I PROMISS, and I'll be on my way

A real fight fan isn't afraid of posing 8 names.
Posting ''8 div'' and those 8 names SHOULD go hand in hand

No need to quote this. I won't reply. Just a thought

I already factored that in. Pac has too much speed for a slow Hagler to reach him. Even with what you mentioned. Even if switches, its still slow. It's Pac's fast twitching muscle memory that makes him elite. He can throw those combos and go out of the line of fire everytime Marvin tries to plow through. And in the power department. Pac is an equal remember this is H2H pound. If Pac was the prime super featherweight that drops everyone. That's his true power in relation to his size.

                  Marvin vs Pac

                  Power = equal
                  footwork: Pac in spaids
                  hand speed: Pac in spaids

Only chance Marvin got is to KO Pac.

JMM took 4 fights to figure him out, and JMM is a counter puncher that Marvin isn't. Marvin is a plowing fighter that walks you down. Pac can see him a mile away.. Too slow in his feet. You should watch his fights again and compare their footwork. Marvin is too slow to compete with Pac. A prime Pac will buzz around Marvin if they were the same size, not to mention DLH who was a lot bigger with better footwork than Marvin got drilled by a small Pacquiao. What more a same size against Hagler.

Anyway, that's all I wanted to say. Let's agree to disagree. I love both fighters.

But Pacquiao is definitely Duran 2.0. Meaning a better version. A modern Duran with speed.

                  Cheers.
