Is Pacquiao this generation’s Roberto Duran?

Have to disagree on that. To me I think Duran was superior to Pac in almost every department, besides speed. Not a knock on Pac but Duran at his best was a master in almost every facet of the game. Also, Duran was MUCH better in closing the distance and especially in-fighting. The big knock on Duran was his bad training habits and over indulgence outside the ring while Pac was more dedicated to his training.
Pac is greater than Duran.
Just in Manny's footwork alone. Shows Pac can do things Roberto Duran can't do.. Not too mention Pac has faster hands.
I respect both men, but if you watch both fighters. You can tell Pac is in a different league. Pac's footwork places in positions that even legendary fighters wish they can do.
Duran can't close the distance as Pac does. His feet is slow.. Pac's hand and foot speed coordination is what puts him in a different league.
Both great fighters, I just think Duran was the better, more formidable fighter H2H.Comment

Oh boy, here we go with woulda, coulda, shoulda.
This isn’t about May, this is about who Pac has beaten and how those wins elevated him to ATG status. I can say that Sugar Ray Leonard can easily run through May’s resume no problem. It doesn’t work that way kid.
It’s not that boxing fans refuse to give any names, it’s that it’s a waste of fcking time having to deal with guys like you who goes out of his way to hate on a living legend.Comment

No, the real twerp is weirdos like you who is so hell-bent in trying to discredit an already established legend on a daily basis, like as if your life revolves around that hatred. It’s quite sad honestly.
