Unlike you I actually appreciate the sport in its entirety, respect all fighters, and I don’t go out of my way to trash other athletes on a daily basis.

Have to disagree on that. To me I think Duran was superior to Pac in almost every department, besides speed. Not a knock on Pac but Duran at his best was a master in almost every facet of the game. Also, Duran was MUCH better in closing the distance and especially in-fighting. The big knock on Duran was his bad training habits and over indulgence outside the ring while Pac was more dedicated to his training.

Both great fighters, I just think Duran was the better, more formidable fighter H2H.

The reason Duran said NOMAS to SRL is because he can't catch him. His feet is his Achilles heel. He can't reach those who are fast in their feet. Makes him not formidable in that department. That makes him not the complete fighter that we wish him to be.

Pac has it all. Speed in both foot and hand speed. A trademark that makes him lethal.

H2H. Pac will spin around Duran like a top throwing combos Duran can't catch and see.. Duran will lose to Pacquiao in a KO. Duran is too slow to catch Pac. Not knocking Duran. I admire the man, but Duran can't compete with a faster man.

Even Marvin Hagler. If Pac was a middleweight. Pac will dance all over Marvin. Marvin is slow on his feet. These old fighters have slow foot work. IF Duran is a 6 in footwork. Pac is a 10.

That's just the truth. Watching videos of them. You can tell where their weaknesses are. I even posted a thread about Duran being demolished by Hitman Hearns because he couldn't get in because of Hearns reach... That's for lack of footwork to get close.

While accomplishments alone. Pac has surpassed Duran. Pac jumped 8 weight classes skipped 2 in between should have been 10. Pac is a smaller fighter and fought giants. If Pac was the same size as Duran. Pac will murder him. It's just the truth. Speed separates the men from the boys. Pac is a rare bread.

I explained, if Pac was midde-weight size. Meaning same size as Marvin. That's what you call pound for pound. Pac's footwork will be too much for Hagler. Not to mention Pac's hand speed.

Didn't say Roberto has bad footwork. I'm saying it's leagues slower than Pac. Pac will spin him like a top.
