Canelo fought Jacobs. Wow, that is impressive. To bad GGG never fought a tough guy like Jacobs. Canelo has close disputed wins over Lara and Trout. GGG has knock out wins over Lemieux, Macklin and Murray who would all beat Lara and Trout. Canelo won his first title at a catchweight over Haton's lousy brother. He also fought mediocre washed up Angulo and Kirkland, 40 year old Mosley and glass jawed welterweight Khan, welterweight Lopez and lots of other mediocre smaller fighters. You make sound like only GGG fights an easy guy now and then while Canelo fights a killer every fight. BS. Canelo has fought many more lousy fighters than GGG and the best guys GGG fought would easily beat the best guys Canelo fought.

True! A slightly over-the-hill Golovkin and prime Canelo are very close. That truth is plain to see and yet the Golovkin haters deny what they know to be true.

Canelo has fought many top contenders with multiple styles and came out on top where GGG has fought 2 people worth anything, and is 1-1-1.
Yes I have. If Canelo overall can do more and has a larger range of skills, how come he couldn't adjust well to GGG's simply seek-and-destroy style for 24 rounds? Golovkin didn't need a larger set of skills throughout his career because it has worked for him just fine. Maybe he could have used some better defense at times but didn't really need it. He has a proven granite chin and powerful punches.

Canelo didn't demonstrate anything outstanding against his top opponents so there is no reason to make that claim

Golovkin on the slide demonstrated he was at least on a level with Canelo on the rise and possibly in his prime. In general I rate a fighters' prime years at MW as between about 28 and 32 however so it's not unreasonable to make the case that Canelo is possibly still improving... I am of the opinion that a 32 or 33 year old Golovkin would have done better than the 35 or 36 year old version did however.

Arguments over their respective resumes tend to rest on the assumption that all fighters enjoy the same opportunities, regardless of country of origin, strength of promotional team, backing of sanctioning bodies, age of professional debut and so on... a good resume can prove that a fighter is good, but lack of a good resume does not prove that a fighter isn't as good H2H.

Age Canelo 9 years and make him 37 and put him in the ring with today's GGG and GGG would slaughter him. Canelo will be completely done as a top boxer and retired years before he is 37. You are completely bias and trash any boxers you don't like no matter how good they are while overrating boxers you do like. For what ever reason you hate Wilder, GGG and Pacquiao and trash them at every opportunity while overrating your favorites like Mayweather, Canelo and AJ. You have been trashing Wilder and saying how much better AJ is. Right now you would have a hard time finding anyone who doesn't think Wilder would beat AJ besides your self.
Maybe. But that could be down to Canelo actually taking tough fights. Instead of sitting cherry picking bums like Golovkin did.

Canelo has grown and may have to move to 168. As for how GGG did against A- fighters most viewers think he won all his fights even though he is many years past his prime. Let's see how Canelo holds up when he is 33, 34 or 35 years old. He will be completely done and retired long before he is 37.
He only fought 1 A fighter and he didn't win either fight.

his only ballsy and risky move was Floyd Mayweather who made an amateur out of him
