'In just under two days of stay in the Mexican capital, Ruiz had meetings with the likes of Benjamín Salinas, CEO of TV Azteca, and business icon Carlos Slim, as well as a meeting with the president of the Mexican Republic, Andrés Manuel López Obrador."

Make the call Eddie! And call Jerry Jones while your at it! Can't hurt to listen!

When he defeats Anthony Joshua again in their rematch; Then hopefully he can fight Deontay Wilder there for the undisputed Heavyweight championship of the world.

I guess a guy worth $60 billion, not to mention the other super-rich Mexicans can make that and a lot of other things happen. A doubleheader with Canelo and Andy Ruiz defending their respective titles in Mexico City would be a huge event -- muy grande!

Yeah that would be an event for the ages for sure, throw in Juan Estrada to open the main card defending against SSR/chocolatito followed by Oscar Valdez vs frampton/Warrington and then the Ruiz/Joshua and last canelo vs callum at 68... if the money is there where everyone is happy, all networks and promoters would do it. At the end of the day it’s all about that money.

Carlos Slim could easily shoot Andy and Anthony $50 Mill each for a Blockbuster in Mexico City.

Carlos Slim sounds like a Mexican pimp.

It would be cool to see a HW title fight in Mexico so lowkey rooting on this. Can't imagine Eddie & Joshua would be down for this.

That would be a world class card! Best that I can recall.
