... on another hand, people are free to sue whoever they want (as long as they have money for that)...

And Hearn didn't say he'd stop the rematch from happening. He said the trilogy. Meaning if they tried to fight again after their rematch. If Whyte beats Rivas by the time Fury/Wilder 3 would happen it would be time for the Whyte mandatory to be ordered. Whyte is losing to Rivas anyway.

But why didn't he sue after Haney got stiffed by the WBC?
I don't recall Whyte pulling out of the interim title fight with Breazeale. Fury pulled out of the ordered rematch, so the WBC mandated Breazeale, which is why they've been searching for a resolution for Whyte.

Hearn is right. You can't sign up for multiple voluntaries when you've got a mandatory just because they're big fights.

Mind you, I don't see Wilder holding the belt after Wilder-Fury II.

He pulled out of Ortiz, Pulev, & Breazeale. Doesn't matter anyway. He's losing to Rivas

No he didn't pull out of the Breazeale fight, as I've just explained.

That's why we're in this position.

The WBC announced on Tuesday that its board of governors has voted unanimously for Breazeale and Whyte to fight for the organization's interim title.

If their camps do not make a deal the WBC said there will be a purse bid at its headquarters in Mexico City on March 12 to determine the promotional rights and fighter purses. If the fight goes to a purse bid each fighter would receive 50 percent of the winning bid.

He said NOPE. Just like he did against Pulev & Ortiz.

                  Yeah, totally ****ed him over.
                  I don't keep up.

Wasn't he #1 and mandatory and then they made Brezeale mandatory out of no where?

He'd only done the eliminators right? Or am I confused?

                    No he never

Wbc mandated Breazeale to fight wilder when fury said no

The pulev and Ortiz bit seems like more fake news, you are
A known lost, back up your statements

You have nothing for Whyte saying no

                      The above misses a point

With Breazeale vs moline, wbc admitted it was not a final eliminator and they made a mistake as Whyte was ranked number 1. The fight was simply a ranking elimination fight

Then the corruption showed when wbc went back on their word and screwed Whyte over

Whyte deserves to fight wilder next, he’s being avoided

Just google Breazeale/molina not final eliminator

Despite the lies Wilder trans potray, Whyte has never been offered any final eliminator bar one with Breazeale which Breazeale pulled out of yet Whyte still was not made mandatory
