As I rapidly approach my sixties, I continue to train in various disciplines fairly hard. I estimate I’ve lost about eight pounds of solid muscle from my peak, due to sarcopenia; but I’m pretty satisfied with the way my body looks, especially for my age. My strength levels in the weight room have definitely diminished, but I don’t hit it that hard anymore because my muscles, tendons, joints and ligaments have understandably degraded over time. Other than that, my sexual vitality is insane (lol); and my holistic training regimen has kept me fit and fast. I’d certainly like to improve (who wouldn’t?), but I don’t know if TRT would provide me with enough **** for my buck.
