Hurd got BATTERED. An immediate rematch is probably not a good idea. He should fight Lara again and the winner faces J-Rock.

Well, smart on Hurd's people then to get the fight before the mandatory got called so he got the rematch clause lol.

      Run it back in September.
Nah Williams vs Charlo-Harrison winner would be better.

I think Hurd is gonna move up next. He said he's only staying for Charlo--Harrison winner.

Those ******s don't even really seem phased by it though. I saw a few of those guys playing in soccer games during that and they seemed great. I think their bodies get used to it. It is impressive though.

Great fight and thankfully the judges called it the right way. J-Rock looked fantastic and was catching Hurd clean and backing him up. Charlo should takes notes from Hurd on to how to accept a painful L with class.

I like Hurd as a fighter...but no boxing fan can ever expect Hurd to match up to fundamentally sound and tough fighters.

Williams needed that loss to Charlo to become a better fighter. And he’s ready for a solid career. Hurd is a punching bag that will entertain us...but the blueprint is set. Push him back, crowd him, and stay composed with the technicalities.

Williams deserves this. His life has been nothing but struggle.

Nonsense! I always judge fights by the state of the fighter’s faces after the fight. It’s clear that Hurd was robbed in this fight, just look at the condition of Williams’ face.

.....Yeah, I am. Hurd's conditioning is usually much better and gets him through. He's either outgrowing 154 or J Rock's body work zapped his energy.

I remember Sugar Shay was rocking J Rock so yeah this is surprising to me. I'm happy to see this though....

Sweet redemption for J-Rock. The kid fought his heart out and I could have been more proud of him. He took the heavier Jarrett Hurd's punches very well tonight and beat him up on the inside as well.

It was something that I didn't expect. Once again congratulations to both men on such a very spirited effort, fight on the year candidate and especially Julian Williams on a hard fought and well deserved victory.

Also, well done by the PBC for providing such an entertaining night of Pay Per View type of fights.

                    Great card!
