I can't believe only 3 other people picked Williams. Style wise Hurd is made for him.

I couldn't believe how many people thought this was going to be a mismatch and JRock was such a big underdog. FOH, this was a great fight on paper the day it was signed and it delivered. One loss in a competitive fight against Charlo who is another good fighter means very little.

That was my feeling a little bit as well - I think this was somewhat of an example of the weight cut affecting Hurd. But take nothing from JRock, happy for him

That wasn't a mandatory for either of the belts. He was ranked number 1 im both IBF and WBC but not mandated by any to fight.
