Some fighters wouldn't because they can see a future or better payday in the future. But this Ortiz's one takes the biscuit. His age, shortness of the fight, previous claims of being ducked, previous low payday, previous comments about wanting the fight etc I would never back Ortiz again......Never.

I guess my problem is that Joshua and Hearn are so disappointed by Ortiz! They can't believe he would turn them down for a late replacement, and this was such a big opportunity, etc.! So why wasn't he offered that opportunity after Whyte said no? They tried to keep it in-house with Miller, and that failed! So then they needed PBC to save the show, and they did with Ruiz! Therefore stop the "I don't know what these guys are being advised, etc!" You don't even know what's going on in your own house! Who advised Whyte to turn down the offer?Comment

Not a Wilder fan. I clearly stated That doesn't seem to be the real reason why he turned it down. You understand what that means , right?
Of course it hurts Haymon's business, the same way PPV hurts DAZN's business. If people stream illegally, that only means it's more imperative to actual legit subscriptions to ensure DAZN can succeed long term.
Fighters used to go where they get paid prior to exclusive network deals. We don't live in a world where SUgar Ray leonard fights on CBS or ABC whoever bids the most. We live in a world where Canelo fights only on DAZN and Crawford and Loma fights on ESPN or ESPN +, and Spence and Wilder fight on SHO or Fox.
No it doesn't hurt Haymon nor does PPV impact DAZN if people have money to waste on over priced fights ,it was explained to you. Fighters go where they get paid the most , unification bout cannot be stopped when they are mandated and there is nothing stopping Wilder from fighting Joshua on DAZN as Hearn states a rematch is doable on PPV Showtime and Wilder was not in a network when offered the fight so stop lying.Last edited by REDEEMER; 05-10-2019, 09:42 AM.Comment

So Haymon employs Ruiz and Ortiz that destroys ALOT of these arguments
our lapdogs still talking? Boxers say Hearn held back AJ's money....Haymon pays and takes care of boxers, any of them can sign to dazn, but none hardly does, boxers know who not to trust..............Wilder has went from 15 mil to potentally +50%......think about when you guys said he shouldve taken 15mil and how much he gained not taking you guys adviseWHICH IS PROOF YOU GUYS DONT KNOW ****

Haymon and Hearn have 2 different business models. Neither wants to help the other succeed. Haymon isn't going to let Wilder fight on DAZN right now. Only a British cuck thinks what Hearn says about a rematch is going to drive negotiations.
Fighters clearly don't go where they are paid the most, they go where their networks tell them to go.

Calling out Hearn for lying doesn't make one a Wilder fan.
