I also don't think it's fair because Canelo was watching what he was eating and such while Team Jacobs was laughing their ass off.

If they didn't agree to 170lbs then I'm ok with it. But they BOTH agreed in WRITING!!! That's some tricky sht.
Canelo didn't have to be inside of 170. He could come in at any weight. It was Jacobs he restricted. The IBF rule did not apply to this unification.

Again, I agree with you about imposing any restrictions. What I mean about the impact is that I didn't notice Jacobs looking sluggish or weak at all coming in at 173lbs. He was fresh, he was just completely outclassed as a boxer. Canelo invites unnecessary criticism by imposing restrictions on his opponents. He would beat Jacobs if Jacobs came in at 190lbs.

Your yet again dead wrong you hating ass clown. They both had to weigh 170by 2nd day weigh in. The fact that you don't know this & use it to further your agenda shows how ****** you gggroupies scorned truly are. You were the same assclown crying about Jacobs "weight bullying ggg" hold this L

Mayweather taught him that when your the A side you get every advantage you get.
Floyd drained him to 152 and now he made Jacobs give up a cool million to have some extra pounds on fight night. Didn’t help him though.

Right. But it’s still the cycle of abuse repeating itself. I think weight advantage is highly overrated. But it’s a tangible number so I see why it makes a talking point. Nobody at the the top level wins just by leaning on a guy, nor does it correlate in sum algorithm to punch resistance or punching power. I’m not describing fights like Mikey v Spence where one guy climbed way up. The A side gets the stroke, but I’d rather see a guy accept the rules as they stand. That’s leaving something on the table maybe but it would be refreshing. I’d love to see every fighter weigh in on fight night. Fans would love it. But it won’t happen.

Extra pounds is a relative term. Extra from what Canelo wanted imposed and probably as much as Jacobs could afford. Not at all extra compared to what Jacobs wanted to weigh, what he weighed vs Golovkin.

I don't blame Canelo on this occasion, Jacobs looked bloody huge compared to him (and he ignored the limit anyway). Canelo beat Jacobs fair and square.

He might, but he didn't think so or he wouldn't have done the diva thing and demanded weight restrictions.

If he fights at 175, I suppose they won't be able to re-hydrate above 175?

I hope Canelo fights Andrade next. I have a feeling he won't though.

How you can be proud of so many pathetic Mexicans is beyond me. They're a joke.
Canelo is way better than most of U.K champions in history

                    Jacobs was in 186 pounds

                    And sh.ut up.

Canelo is in the hardest test of vada the last 3 fights
