Straight up and down, Floyd never fought a tall, strong, rangy boxer-puncher, but he fought dangerous fighters like Castillo, Cotto, Canelo, Pacquiao. Sometimes those guys don't exist at the top level in your era; Floyd was past-prime and didn't need to target a Terrence Crawford. In the same respect, Canelo doesn't have a Manny Pacquiao to fight at middleweight. You could say the same thing about Lara for Floyd.
