    Who watches TV anymore?

I stream with Netflix and that $11 or $12 is worth it even if the product is garbage. Why? ZERO commercials. I could never return to commercial land. Been without a cable box for ~3 years and dont miss 1 single thing

And that's without even mentioning how poisonous news stations are especially FOX. I cut all that out and am happier for it

While you don't like certain aspects of their production, you surely don't speak for every fan viewing fights on Tv Azteca.
Again you're confused. First off you're assuming Box Azteca is all about Canelo Alvarez. They're not. Box Azteca... let me repeat...'BOX AZTECA' does not solely strive on Canelo Alvarez. They're all about boxing and they too focus on their prospects.

You keep on focusing that DAZN Mexico would be just marketed to Canelo Alvarez...a side from the multi content on DAZN... don't you think Mexican fans would be insulted if they heard your theory? Have you forgotten that a huge sector of Mexican boxing and its fans don't like Canelo Alvarez...they too have their critics.

Basically this. this is what separates many opinions in general and even in this board.

We're in the AGE of independence. We watch what we want when we want. Most people on youtube just skip the ad tab as well.

Let's be honest, there are many people that feel nauseated watching TV commercials. Every once in a while it aint so bad. For example people living in rural parts of the USA like Texas don't know any better and probably jerk off to Dorito Superbowl commercials.

I asked a question. If they can see the prospects why would they purchase DAZN? There isn't multi content on DAZN as of now.

I am only trying to gauge why people that can see Canelo fights would pay for a DAZN subscription.

Let me repeat, would DAZN Mexico solely focused on Canelo Alvarez? As far as I know, Mexicans love American Football like the NFL.

You think ''commercial free'' is exclusively in the USA? You think Middle Class and up Mexicans whom have a job would rather skip all the ad jazz from traditional Box Azteca title graphics and noise? Have you ever seen a Box Azteca fight for Marquez or Canelo? It's crazy graphics world.

You could be totally right about traditional attraction, but I'm willing to bet that many Mexican boxing WHOM CAN PAY will want to opt out of their traditional ads. Again, that concept isn't exclusive to just North America. Netflix success?

Pretty sure Fox & Showtime both offer streaming means to watch their product as well already they just aren't the go to or promoted as much.

Streaming isn't reallllllllllly gonna pop til the players start customizing their product more & idek if the technology is fully there to do that, but I know so far Fight Pass was the best example of what streaming could be. Mainly doe its still in its infancy so no one is winning the streaming market anytime soon.
no one under 30 watches tv. Its all streaming.

Your argument for DAZN is it's cheaper than PPV. ok I get that. Mexican fans are already getting fights cheaper than PPV. DAZN would be more expensive. Then you switch your argument for DAZN for Mexican fans isn't that it's cheaper, but it's "graphics free".

I guess I'm thinking it's cheaper than DAZN so they will go with the cheaper alternative.

I'm 27 and watch TV. I have cable at home. When I'm at my friend's house and want to watch a fight, I'll use the Fox/ESPN app to watch on his Roku TV. If it's on Showtime, I'll use the xfinitystream on the laptop and hook it up to the TV.

I can use these apps from me having a cable provider. Things like ESPN+ or DAZN, I have to pay on top of cable which I don't currently do. I might pay $20 for the Canelo/Jacobs fight and then cancel.

You guys really have to stop with wanting one to Fail and wanting only one to succeed. This is not good for the sport and by doing this you're not HELPING DAZN you're actually making people go against DAZN and not even want to subscribe to it by USING DAZN to be ANTI PBC

PBC not going away anytime soon and neither is Top Rank over on ESPN or DAZN because it is a market for ALL. As for "When PBC Network Deal Run Out..." well when PBC Deal is up guess who will be calling to try and get in on PBC: DAZN, ESPN/ESPN+ because of the Roster it possesses! It would be good business for either of them if they can land PBC Roster exclusively

However, FOX Corp. have Billions and generate BILLIONS so what is with thinking that FOX will just fade away. I take it that a lot of you are not in America so you are F#CKING Clueless and are just pretending like you have a clue about this American Market and how it works

FOX have OTT Deals in place to get their Programming out Digitally regardless if it is with: HULU, YoutubeTV, SlingTV, DirectTV Now...These Streaming Services PAY THEM a lot of money for the rights to have their Networks on their streaming services

Traditional Programming is NEVER going away EVER, only thing that will change is that Your Cable Provider will send you out Android Devices or Roku and you will get your programming off of that Device.

NO The future is not having subscriptions to Multiple Apps, it is having a subscription to One APP that Delivers everything like HULU. In which you're able to get On Demand while also being able to still get your Live Programming
