I'll need somebody other than Hearn to confirm this. But that was a great deal if true.

With Wilder he has a chance, with AJ, not so much.

So he is just rolling the dice at this point.
      This

      Wilder is the same

Like Ortiz both know they won’t win vs aj so are rolling the docent

Ortiz doesn't want the fight. That's the story.

It's painful reading posts of people saying he should turn down anything under the Miller money, then when Hearn says he was offered that, they say he's right to turn it down.

I mean, at least go and make the effort to delete your old contradictory posts or something

Now, Ortiz rejecting 7m is just su****ious to me. I knew he was worth more than 5 and it seems even Hearn agrees on that. Passing 7m + is hard to wrap my head around when we're taking about Ortiz here. I think other "factors" came into play.
Maybe he thinks that if a much less accomplished Jarrell Miller is worth 6.5 then he should be worth 10 especially if its on short notice. Only explanation I can think of.

coppingger has been wrong plenty of times. I'm sure he reported that the fury vs wilder rematch would be happening and we all saw how that turned out. it didn't happen. ortiz isn't guaranteed anything! lol ortiz is ****** for turning down 7 million. he got 400k for wilder. he won't get half of that anywhere else. ortiz is like almost 50 years old he doesn't have time to wait.

"yea he only want to fight ortiz on short notice doe, wouldnt fight him with a full training camp"

Does anyone actually believe this rubbish.
Heres my prediction. In the next 4 years Joshua will fight all the top contenders and destroy them all. Im sure people will still call him lucky or something though. Or maybe blame the ref. There will allways be something
It seems like the culture we live in today, especially with social media. This enables fighters and teams to totally create their own narrative which people just blindly believe. Even outside of boxing you see this happening 'Somebody creates a narrative, and tells a story and then people just go along with it without any real thought'. 'If a documentary was created to prove that Anthony Joshua was afraid and scared to face other heavyweights' 95% of this forum and people outside of the forum would just believe it.

I have stated for a very long time now, that neither Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder want to face Anthony Joshua. 'Fury is smart though, as he will pick up the phone when Eddie Hearn calls but? Don't let that fool you, his a*ss has gone just like the rest of them 'His jackanory stories of being the linear heavyweight champion, and fighting man don't work on me'.

Tyson Fury would have 4 more fights, and he would still be saying that he is in a comeback phase.

I would have offered 3-4 million and then moved on if they aren’t interested.

I’m sure both Hunter and Ruiz would take 1 mil! (Yes I know they aren’t as big fights but at least they will accept sensible offers)
