man its a real concern because Gatorade could be a performance enhancer. It rehydrates you quicker than water. Hmm...meaning it could, in fact, allow you to perform better, or enhance your performance. And it's not as simple as just letting Mosley use it too because you don't know what that could cause. What if it makes him sick during the fight because his body isn't used to taking in the Gatorade? It could give Vargas a slight edge. I don't personally think it should matter if Vargas bathes in the ****, but I definitely understand any fighter having a problem with their opponent getting an edge, which this would be.

not any more new regulations were pasted this week that gatorade would be alloud in corners as well as other rules like heavyier gloves at lighter weights

i think too much is made out of this. it is not like gatorade is some sort of 'special mix' like the one panama lewis used in pryor's counter. it is an energy sports drink which athletes/regular folk both drink.
