i am absolutely amazed at how many people can pick vargas over mosley. did ya see their first fight? i'm thinking mosley is even more dominating than he was the first time. he's better on every single level except power. hand speed, footspeed, chin, stamina, technique, ring generalship, defense, offense, everything. heart is the only place I'd say they're probably tied. Although Vargas would've been knocked out by Forrest if he would've receieved the same headbutt Mosley did in that first fight.

Vargas isn't knocking Mosley out, so the only way for him to win is on points. Against a master boxer? I don't think so, unless they screw Mosley.

If I'm wrong, i'll be the first to admit it and give Vargas all the WELL DESERVED props in the world.

I forgot to add....Delahoya is a ***** and Mosley is a *****, Delahoya should not be denying the sport drink since he's said in the past that he wants to make boxing safer for the fighter, well here was his chance to accept a rule for the safty of the fighter and instead he fights to deny a fighter that safty, what a *****. Then Mosley talking about how confident he is and how he is looking for the ko, and now look at him whinning about Gatorade when both can use the sports drink, instead he files a complain in front of a judge, what a *****.

dropping down from 150 to 147 is one thing. dropping down from cruiserweight to 154 is a totally different thing. mosley, mayweather, dlh, roy jones, etc, these guys do not drain themselves. Vargas, Margarito, Corrales, Castillo, Gatti, Cotto, etc, these guys kill themselves to make weight because they want an extra edge, bullying smaller guys. And I do not respect that, at all. period. If you do, fine, it's just my opinion that it's a ***** move to fight guys a lot smaller than you. If they gotta kill themselves to make weight, small price to pay to be fighting someone much smaller than them.

Vargas is the one who wouldn't take a 1 million dollar bet. And who got his ass KTFO by DLH. So Vargas, according to you, got knocked out by both a ***** and a *****.

Answer this question.....Do you like food?

Cause those fighters their sure do. You know what happens when one over eats? They get fat. Especially a fighter. You know Pacquiao probably ballons to 160 right?

Mosley was killing himself to make lightweight for many years. In the amatures before he turned pro he was fighting at 139.lbs, he turns pro and drops more weight to get an advantage.

Hopkins does the same thing, from light heavyweight to middleweight, having to be a vegitarian to sustain his low un-natural weight.

Gatti, well its well documented no need to say anything.

John Brown a former lightweight title contender drops weight to 130, becomes champion, then loses his title in his first defence to the fighter he took it from.

Chris Byrd a heavyweight is dropping weight to compete with the lower weight crusierweights and he is going to get ko'd.

You think all it takes is for a fighter to lose weight and he will reign supreme at the lower weight class, LOL!

Still doesn't take away the fact the it was a ***** move by Delahoya and a ***** move by Mosley.

Knocked out and stopped via swelling in a very close fight are two very different things.

I think sports drinks should be allowed as long as both fighters agree on it. who really thinks that sports drinks can make a huge difference on the safety of fighters? I dont mean to sound heartless, but do you really think that sports drinks could have saved the lives of the two fighters that passed away?

But that is part of the theory. Chis byrd was a bad example. You cut wieght to maintian a power advantage even though drained that is what you do and you cut weight because you are bigger trying to come down. Do you think diego coralis is anything but some what of a natural junior middle wieght. The point is to some extent that fighters do very unreasonalble and unatural things to their bodies to fight in instances were they are the much bigger and stronger man but at the sam weight as there much smaller foes. they do not do it for fun i can gaurentee you that.
