I thought floyd's number one concern was money...ummm 8 million against an easy margarito or pay $750000 to buy out his contract to avoid margarito....if that aint fear..i don't know what is...floyd only cares about the money and who cares if margarito is deserving ..come on floyd take the 8 million ..easy fight against an unproven fighter right?...or has the white stripe in your back gotten larger....

I think Floyd could get more then 8 mil.
Margarito had chance to fight some oppennets but wont.
let us use logic in this sitaution.
Have anyone seen the contract?
If there is why they choose 8mil while most of you say that Margarito is untested so if Floyd fought a rematch with Zab he would get more than 8mil or even fight Mayorga because they bring more crowd toward him?
And if there was 8mil does he get it all at once or does he get it like 2010 for his retirment?Comment

How is Arum going to give Mayweather 8 million to fight a guy that got embarrassed by ****ing Daniel Santos anyhow? lmao if he does that he's ******. While I don't like Arum at all, I don't think he's that ******.Comment

Dude u know damn well he bought out his contract to position himself to fight delahoya for the 20M payday. Don't try and flip facts like that. This is margarito we talking about, a paper champion who won an eliminator for his belt, and hasn't nor ever will be undisputed champion of any division.Originally posted by alliberg26I thought floyd's number one concern was money...ummm 8 million against an easy margarito or pay $750000 to buy out his contract to avoid margarito....if that aint fear..i don't know what is...floyd only cares about the money and who cares if margarito is deserving ..come on floyd take the 8 million ..easy fight against an unproven fighter right?...or has the white stripe in your back gotten larger....Comment

MOSLEY ISN'T FIGHTING TILL 2007, DLH IS PLAYING THE WAITING GAME, WRIGHT IS TOO BIG, BALDY IS A BUM ANYWAYS, HATTON ISN'T 'READY'..THE SAME GOES FOR COTTO. THIS IS THE BEST FIGHT OUT THERE FOR HIM, SIMPLE AS THAT.
I dont know if this is true. the best fight might be spinks, he holds a belt at 154 and if I can recall so does Delahoya. And keep in mind, this is another belt in another division to add to his resume and legacy, a 5 time champ in 5 different weight classes. If he fights Spinks and wins, that just makes it even more enticing for Delahoya to jump in there with him.Comment
