when floyd first turned the $8 mil, it was said to be because of the possibilty of fighting oscar... now that the oscar fight is out the question, there's a new excuse as to why he's not taking the fight...

i dont care if he fights toney, I just want him to fight an opponent that has a legit chance against him... no more ***** ass opponents, i wanna see him fight tony, shane, wright, forrest, hatton, oscar or cotto... IF he ends up fighting baldy, gatti or some other HUGE underdog, he'll be adding a tanker of fuel to fire that he already has against him...

for me its not an issue of whether or not tony will beat floyd(i favor floyd in the fight)... its just that floyd's recent level of opposition has been terrible and that includes finally fighting zab after zab loses... i dont care if he fights tony, as long as he fights someone who can compete with him, like tony, shane, forrest, wright, cotto, hatton, etc...

8 million dollars is chicken feed compared to what HBO would stand to lose off of a breach of contract, then chose to sue Floyd for lost earnings. So all of the champs have been avoiding Margarito. Cotto - A green Cotto that got rocked by Torres, and struggled against Malignaggi

Tony - An oversized Gatti that didn't even beat anyone noteworthy.

Shane - An over the hill Shane that was far past his prime and a shadow of his oldself, and should of retired long ago.

Floyd haters will always be haters, no matter who he beats.

you're right haters will still hate no matter what... but i'm a boxing fan and there's alot of people out there like me, who are tired of seeing floyd fight guys with no chance of beating him... at least tony, shane, forrest, cotto and hatton have a decent chance
