  • If it turns out to be true and Wilder ducks this fight for $100m then he’s completely disappointed boxing fans and made his own fans look even more stupid as hard as that is. The WBC should look into stripping him.

From a guy with no network contract who’d previously said he’d take this for free he sure looks like a guy who was just trying to make a name off of someone else’s name.

I’m sure fanboys will twist it though and still point the finger elsewhere because Wilder is a perfect human being with an IQ of 190 backed by the richest man in the world and he invented boxing.

    • Yall are dumb. Wilder didn't decline an AJ fight, he declined a 3 fight deal. After their next fights, they can enter into actual negotiations with each other.

Remember that neither either are bound by a network.

Wilder wanted it at the Barclay's Center, while both of their teams wanted it in a venue in Las Vegas, where they could increase their earning potential at the gate.

However they acquiesced and gave into Fury's demand to convene the event in California because he wanted neutral judges from other countries. So in order to keep the fight intact they gave into his wishes and it backfired.

It caused him a blemish on his otherwise spotless record. All he had to do was to win one extra round and he would have became the WBC's new heavyweight champion.

However, either he didn't want it badly enough, tried hard enough or wasn't hungry enough and the judges could sense it. Therefore, they awarded the title to the man who wanted the most and that was Deontay Wilder.

The judge from Mexico, scored the fight 115-111 for Wilder, the Canadian judge scored it 114-112 for Fury while the British judge had it 113-113 even a Draw. I am sorry but Fury has no one to blame for that Draw but himself.
Yeah.. no. That 115-111 score for Wilder is absolutely and utterly laughable. Wilder's saving graces were the knockdowns that won him rounds. Outside of that, he was thoroughly outclassed. That 115-111 card is a joke. Adelayde Byrd's card in Canelo/Golovkin 1 was a joke. This was an even bigger joke, because while the score was not as wide, the rounds were much clearer.

However, the dangers of that is that he might lose or the offer just may be much less than what he is being offered now. For example: John Skipper just might cut the original offer in half or to even a third of what he is currently offering Deontay Wilder at the present for a two fight deal with Anthony Joshua.

These are all lies Chris. Wilder has a lot of enemies over at DAZN who wants to see him fail. They are bitter and jealous over that 3 fight $100mil contract he has been offered from DAZN.

FFS you reminded me of that smug bastard Ward getting a gift against Kovalev.
Really don't like Ward, he is not humble at all. He lost to Kov, but is so full of sht about his career. I would love to see Beterbiev maul him to pieces. Ward retired cos he was on thin ice in that division.

lmao. Seriously, are they mentally ill? Wilder himself announces that Hearn and Joshua are begging for the fight. Wilder has been offered a fortune to accept. But somehow Joshua is ducking. It's f&%king surreal levels of delusion.

Coppinger doesn't have any inside information. He claims he is only drawing his intel from alleged sources. Besides Coppinger is an Oscar De La Hoya employee and shill who hates Al Haymon and the PBC and would love nothing more than to sabotage and discredit Deontay Wilder's 3 fight $100mil contract with DAZN.
