After such a promising year this looked to be it seems like boxing is taking a step back in 2019. Mismatches like Spence v Garcia even though Crawfard was free and available. Wilder put all his eggs in Fury rematch and denied to take AJ fight... Now Wilder will fight Breazeale and Fury possibly takes on Parker. SMH

AP, ESPN, Yahoo, LA Times, Sporting News, Washington Post, etc all had a draw or Wilder winning. When that many top level publications don't have Fury winning, you can't cry robbery when the official decision is a draw.

Yes, more experts had Fury winning than had Wilder winning, but such a significant amount of experts scored the fight a draw that it's ludicrous to complain about the official judges rendering a draw as well.

It's time to start the negotiations for the Joshua/Wilder fight then and Dominic Breazeale get ready because this ship has sailed. The fight's off. It's officially canceled. Fury wanted a U.K rematch, Wilder was the one to lack confidence. That's what held negotiating up. The rematch is still there , Wilder really shouldn't be concerned about rematch now , he better hope a 6'7 plus 260 pounder doesn't crash him to the canvas now.

If he gets by Breazeale he has an option for Fury , we know he won't fight Joshua because he thinks 7 million is more then 15 so we know how math is lacking so he will fight for less money. Lol

He may not even fight Breazeale he doesn't like punchers and ask the WBC to fix it. Lol

He only fought Tyson on the rebound. He never wanted him anyway. Anthony Joshua was the fight he wanted all along.

If Tyson Fury thought he had a remote chance of having the rematch in the U.K. Then that was the deal breaker right there because there was no way that Wilder was going to capitulate to those kind of demands because Fury did not win the first fight.

It was officially ruled a draw. Had he won the fight, then he would have had a rightful claim for choosing a venue in the U.K.

Lastly, Fury pulled out the purse bid in an effort to increase his split of the purse percentage which was another deal breaker. Eventually Wilder may fight Tyson again but just not on these terms or on ESPN.

Moreover, I don't see Tyson Fury giving an inch in the negotiations with Wilder either. I don't see him compromising.

Therefore, I believe that Wilder would eventually come to his senses and listen to what Joshua and Matchroom are selling him. If Joshua is serious and sincere about fighting Wilder next, then I believe that Deontay would become flexible enough to hear what they both have to say.

The reason being is because he knows that Anthony Joshua holds more cards and leverage at the bargaining table than Tyson Fury could ever dream. .
