It was before the left was wrapped when they found out everything. That was for Mosley, so it possibly could have been the same deal with the NSAC and Cotto, especially if Cotto's team didn't send anyone to witness the wrapping, as some on here have claimed (I myself haven't tried to verify that).

A lot of things carry those same elements though. Hand creams for example. Have you ever worked with POP? If you have you probably know that would be a terrible choice to make illegal wraps. That needs to be drying and un******ed to become hard. Pretty impossible to do that while sweating and punching. Also keep in mind you (nor I) know the amount of substance on the insert. Remember, just the fact that a insert is wet makes it illegal. It could have been water and its still illegal.
