What would you consider the best fighters of his era that he fought? There's a lot of names but just like how people knot pick Floyd's wins, you could do the same for Oscar. A lot of his big names coming up were past it and Oscar did what he was supposed to do as the young fighter.

Lets be real, Oscar was always going to get the benefit of doubt with the judges scoring when he fought Floyd. I was rooting for Oscar that fight and bet on him but there is no way Oscar won that fight let alone get a split decision. Same way Canelo got it from one of the judges.

Floyd beat Oscar easy and decisively. Took away Oscar's jab early and dominated the rest of the fight. Even hating ass Kellerman had to admit the fight was one-sided. The judge that scored that fight for Oscar had to be on coke or paid off.

No he was never over rated. His real prime weight was 130-140.

Really TBE, you don't say. Let me guess, you also think Floyd vs Castillo 1 was not a robbery?

What bothers me about guys like Oscar and Mosely is that they go out and claim that Floyd waited till they got old to fight them, that they weren't in their prime and they would have beaten Floyd in their prime and fans eat it up. Claim that Floyd avoided fighters but Oscar is ok with Canelo not fighting some of the 154 champs because of no money.

Felix Trinidad, Sugar Shane Mosley, Pernell Whitaker, Fernando Vargas, Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pacquiaio and that's just at welterweight. Then there was Bernard Hopkins. The other names on his resume he fought were not demanded by fans but were mere cherry picks where he was highly favored to win like Jesse James Leija, Julio Cesar Chavez, Hector Camacho, Arturo Gatti, Rafael Ruelas, Miguel Ángel González, Oba Carr

Canelo is currently cherry picking. Oscar cherry picked a lot of the fighters he fought as well.
