No, there are guys in Northern Mexico, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Mexico City and in the state of Sinaloa that have size and are over 6ft. They dont need to box. Usually middle class.

They focus on college football, baseball.

they're smaller men, typically. Which is why your "Mexican heavyweights" are usually American born (John Ruiz, Andy Ruiz Jr.)

How has this thread made it to 4 pages?
It's the same reason there haven't been many Asian heavyweights. Same reason there aren't as many white sprinters or basketball players as black. It's genetics.

Don't see many oily skinned hobbits in a boxing ring.

To state the obvious...that Mexican beef keeps the weight off.

Diet, nutrition and genetics. Same as Asians. And that probably has to do more with higher standards of living and ease of access to the right foods.

We're already starting to see top Mexican fighters in the middle divisions (Canelo, Zurdo, Benavidez) now, it's matter of time before we see them contending in the light-heavyweight and cruiser divisions

                Uh, hello.....simple genetics people.

Same reason you don't see white devils in big cock porn videos.

UFC heavyweight is a very weak division just like in boxing. You also left out that cormier was an Olympic level wrestler
