I'm not claiming that Ortiz is a stone killer but he has a skill level equal to if not exceeding Joshua's. Ortiz, old and slow as he is, is avoided for a reason. Whyte just doesn't have the skills. I admire his aggressiveness and he certainly has the power to do damage if he can connect but he just is not very good.

Nobody avoids Ortiz, he brings nothing to the table but he wants to get all on the table. It doesn't work that way.
