Who has Ortiz beaten since his last shot to earn another? Ortiz is probably least deserving in the top 10.

Personally i would prefer a different name, i think Team Joshua can see that too and this is why they are going on this media campaign to get Wilder for April. Since his fight with Fury ended up been a draw, Which means they can lure Wilder to a fight.

It really depends on if those two decide to go for the rematch. I wouldn't criticse Joshua for fighting Whyte if those two decide to fight each other in a rematch. He has done enough to lure Wilder in, but if i was Hearn/Joshua i would be going after Fury IMHO. I know he doesn't have a belt but i think this is the best time to fight him. But i still think those fights need six months not four months to make.

Whyte is far more deserving than Ortiz or Miller. Would have loved to have seen Whyte bully Wilder then AJ vs Whyte for all the marbles but Wilder straight up ran.

If its not Fury or Wilder, then Whyte is next up.

Plenty would be pacified by Ortiz, Miller or Usyk, but the reality is that none of those are yet worth their shot.

Usyk would be straight forward. Miller hasn't fought anyone. Why would Ortiz get another shot at 40?

If they take one of those I'd see it as confirmation that they think they can take low risk fights and bill them as big events.

          I've got a feeling we'll get Joshua/Wilder.

I'm not claiming that Ortiz is a stone killer but he has a skill level equal to if not exceeding Joshua's. Ortiz, old and slow as he is, is avoided for a reason. Whyte just doesn't have the skills. I admire his aggressiveness and he certainly has the power to do damage if he can connect but he just is not very good.

It's not about you. Your opinion is irrelevant in this matter. Until Ortiz start beating fighters with a pulse, he will continue to be on undercard till he steps up.

You do know Hearn is Whyte's promoter too? If that is true that's doing his job for Whyte. Not that he should need to. Whyte has by far done the most to deserve a shot.
