The term "Highlight reel KO'"keeps popping in my head for some reason.

I didnt think it could get worse than Monroe. They shoulda just let Monroe fight it wasnt gonna do him any good anyways.

I truly feel like the Charlos are wasting the prime days of their careers away. Jermall has 27 fights under his belt and his best opponent to date is a washed up Austin Trout and it went the full 12.

Being on PBC at 160 is a waste of time he should just make the jump to smw since all the other 160lbers are elsewhere

Just read this and it never made sense when I read on here that the fight was supposed to happen at 168. Make no mistake, Korobov fighting on PBC and on Charlo's UC was because he was a potential opponent in the future. Haymon needs as many MWs as he can get for Charlo as the rest are signed elsewhere.

Posted ^^ before I saw the article, which is on page 3 now for some reason. The fact that Korobov was scheduled to fight at 162 gives me hope that the fight won't be a bust. Not saying that 2 pounds is nothing, it still might be a big factor if the fight was at 162 because he can't make 160. He hasn't made 160 for over 4 years.

His career definitely didn’t pan out the way we thought

Hopefully he doesn't have a big cut the week of the fight. The plan all along to me seems like he was being set to fight Charlo soon, obviously just not THIS soon. So he was making his way back to the MW division.

Crazy though how his career completely changed after he got caught with that big shot from Lee. He had just beaten Uzcategui and was on his way to beating Lee and becoming a big factor in the MW division. There was talks of him eventually the likes of GGG.

Should be noted those that think he gets KOd easily, he lasted the distance with Uzcategui who could absolutely crack. Only thing is he really hasn't faced a test in four years.

Surprised Korobov is still active. It's been 4 years since the Lee knockout.

Korobov will likely get demolished but this is still a better fight than Monroe.

All these weak fights for the Charlo's. Im confused, now that they signed with FOX / Al Haymon does that mean he only fights PBC guys?? why cant he get better opponents?
