MMA ppv or boxing ppv. If not I will keep my money in my pocket. Let's be honest if he's not fighting the best what is even the point in this whole ****? This company will not last.
A PPV fight every Saturday for $9.99?

    Are you dumb or something?

That isn't sustainable financially. $9.99 is less than a lunch at a restaurant and DAZN offers more than enough content and fights to justify signing up.

Also, if nobody paid any money the fighters wouldn't get paid and there would be no sport.

Jacobs and Andrade will make more money on DAZN then on ESPN or PBC even if they dont fight Canelo in May. And later on there is still Canelo mega fight. A logic of article is completely flawed. Just look at how Charlo carrier is panning out with Haymon. What idiot would choose that?

Hopefully Lemieux pulling out today cause he's dehydrated and couldn't make weight puts a kibosh on him as the opponent for May.
Make a fight with Jacobs for May.

It actually gets him out of a dangerous fight with Johnson and he has more time to train and be on weight in May.

Canelo ain't fighting Lemieux in May. Golden Boy gonna have to find someone else.

I think DAZN probably doesnt want to out Canelo and Jacobs in so soon against each other. One of the two will come out with a lesser profile and devalues one of the fighters quite early into that 5 year contract. Dont expect big fight after big fight from either. Canelo will likely do only one big fight a year and thats if it makes sense fo DAZN and Golden Boy I’d bet. Doubt they’ll be letting guys fight him on one off deals, things like that.

Sept is a bigger date so its not surprising he isnt picking either in a fight where hes coming back down in weight.

Lemi seems out (unless at 168..) so lets see how it plays out.

Have u seen how fans act in Argentina or Brazil? Soccer is a religion to them, Europe's most popular sport is Soccer , Messi and Ronaldo are a confirmation of that.

Basquetball won't never ever be bigger than soccer worldwide.
I have traveled enough outside of America. First I said basketball is on route to take over soccer in popularity. Soccer is done growing around the world. It can't get any bigger. Verses basketball is taking over China (1 billion population), India and the developing countries of Africa. I am a football freak. My favorite teams is Man City and Real (Royal) Madrid. I also like Zenit. I was also on the U-21 travel team, we drew with the second best team in the country. I even own a Club Tijuana futbol Jersey. How ever numbers wise it can out grow as works sport just for the facts China, India and Africa hold about 60-70% of the world population. You throw in Canada, USA and the rest basketball will be the most played sport. Mostly every country now plays basketball. I never said it would be the number one sport for every country but if it can be 2 or 3 in Europe and Latin America. And number 1 in China and USA that's a good chuck of popularity.

LeBron James is the second most famous athlete in the world right behind Ronaldo. Out of the top ten by business insider the NBA has 3 players on their. Soccer just two.

ESPNs famous 100, also has LeBron #2 ahead of Newmar and Messi then Durant at #7, Curry at #9.

And if course Brazil is crazy about futbol even though they be ****ing up in the world Cup. Argentina will never win one again for a long time.

Do you know how many millions of people watch it for free tho? Plus they don't have to ppv quality just decent fights every weekend.

If Aaron Rogers can get two 100 mill contracts and I still get to watch all of his games for free I think boxing can give their fans a break. Now I know the UK pays about $20 USD for their ppv. If you want me to pay $9 a month to watch tomato cans fight and Canelo hand picking random title holders I will keep my money. This ppv thing should only be for heavyweights.

How do you like the app? Do you own it?

If you will get $35M for fighting Fielding and 35M for fighting GGG or Charlo it's obvious which route DLH and Canelo will take

At least on PPV they had incentives to put on competitive fights
