Who said anything about sending a contract? They didn't even contact Whytes side to try and negotiate. Instead they were negotiating with Kauffman. Has he said anything about Whyte for months since they both agreed? No. Ortiz clearly wasn't interested in fighting. They both chose different opponents, did the exact same ****.
