To Rosados credit he refused the catchweight that his promoter insisted be put in the contract. K2 issued a statement shortly after the fight that there would no longer be any catchweight fights for Golovkin. Golovkin also in an ESPN interview confirmed that. He was asked point blank if he would fight Canelo at a catchweight he said no and that Floyd was the only fighter he would cut weight for. Get over it man it's an obsession with you.
