I feel like 60/40 AJ and fight is at Wembley, and rematch for Wilder on same terms in his favour in a USA rematch if he wins in UK.

    What would be fair here?

At this stage its definitely an easy win for both, commercially it would be a great win for Wilder. His resume would look better, he would be selling his first PPVs etc

          60/40.

But airing it on DAZN might make it hard to measure revenue, since it's subscriber based.

So maybe 60/40 on live gate and UK PPV, plus $5M chipped in to both fighters from DAZN.

Hearn tried to do some bullshit where AJ could get a British ref stoppage and refuse a rematch.

We need a rematch clause that can be exercised whether it's win, lose, or draw.

A two-way rematch clause is kind of dumb though.

                This.

I hate the financials, I hate reading about them, I hate people arguing them. I don’t want to play armchair promoter I just want to watch the best damn fights possible and this is the best fight possible at HW

That said, I’ll immediatky contradict myself to answer OP’s question. I think 60/40 would get the fight done

It depends on Wilder beating Fury, how he looks doing it and how much money that fight makes. As it stands now, I think a 70-30 split in Joshua's favor is fair if the fight were to happen in the US, or 55-45 in Joshua's favor if it were to happen in the UK. This is assuming there's no funny business with official selections, rematch clauses, and options on the fighters.

But like I said, I think it could change after the Wilder/Fury fight.

Imo Wilder has to fight Whyte, and then Dave Allen in a super fight to see who faces AJ

A one time 50/50 split, champion vs champion for the undisputed and lineal titles. 60/40 for the winner in the rematch. After that, it's mandatory season (75/25) for whatever belts have not been stripped, until he loses or until the next unification...
