If wilder and his management want to behave even more greedily then this fight never takes place.
Let wilder continue making peanuts against cans it's that simple.
It boggles my mind that they can turn down 15million when the highest purse they had made was 2.4 million.
Except it's not; $15m being 35% puts the whole event at paying out near $43m, when it's already public knowledge that Joshua and Klitschko split $50m, and Joshua-Wilder in the UK is supposed to be bigger than that.

35% of what Joshua-Klitschko generated would put Wilder on $17.5m, and that's before you scale the event.

Fair value is fair value; talk about the money he makes all you want, Wilder will get his full value on the disclosed purse, his full value on whatever back-end money, and his pot will continue to grow as he keeps winning.

He's not hurting for money, so there's no reason to short himself the $5m that Hearn is trying to pressure him into shorting himself.

the same flat fee nonsense that these guys said was ridiculous for Pacquiao

the same flat fee nonsense that these guys said was ridiculous for Golovkin

if Joshua will not offer Wilder 35%, then he is OBVIOUSLY ducking that fight..... because they offered Parker 32.5%, and Wilder is obviously worth more

it should be 40%, but 35% would get it done..... and they ABSOLUTELY know that, because Wilder accepted $15mil last time..... necessitating them to quickly shlt the bed and run for the hills

          it is a $100mil fight

which is why they offered Joshua $50mil

Wilder deserves $35mil..... or at least 35%

they know it..... and so do the fcukboys

          • Wilder position has hardened since Eddie and his father had been ****ing him around all summer long about a proposed fight that they actually had no interest in making; Which is why we had a Povetkin fight on Saturday instead of Deontay Wilder. They were only bluffing to save face and to see would Deontay actually bite and when he did they pulled the goddamned contract right out from under him before he could even sign it.

              Fury winning will be hilarious.
Wouldn't make sense to sign if you don't what revenue the fight generates. Winning isn't the only thing that matters here. If this turns out to be an 80 Million fight, then Wilder made 40 Million. Why would he take the ridiculously low offers that Hearn has been sending his way?

They need to wait to see what money the fight makes. If they are to negotiate beforehand then there should be tiers based on the Wilder/Fury PPV. I.E 40Million 60/40 split AJ way 50Million 50/50 60 Million 60/40 Wilder etc..

far too difficult, and far too laden with excuses/escape hatches

what is wrong with a simple percentage, like everyone else ?

they gave Parker 32.5% lol.... that fact is never going to disappear

is Parker as dangerous as Wilder ?

                    oh, right..... not even close

which is why Joshua's offer is not even close to 32.5% LMAO

you clowns (especially you Plunger)..... are little wanker's

I would prefer a 60/40 or 50/50 right now because that's what's fair. But If they want to keep Hearn's feet to the fire and keep showing that their side is ducking especially with this new unnecessary deadline then the best way to go about it from what I see is the tiered proposition, but no matter what, a percentage is necessary
