Anyway its not like Winky is #2 or anything. I would say Pacman is probably #2. Winky never beat the best fighter in his division. Shane and Tito were not the best in there division when Winky beat them, they weren't even natural for the division where Winky beat them. Taylor beat the undisputed middleweight champ when he beat Hopkins twice. I would even put Taylor above Winky.

I completely agree with you. Based on opposition I can't give it to Floyd. He may be the most skilled fighter in boxing, but until he does it against the best opposition that doesn't make him p4p.

Cotto, Hatton, and Hoya dont want to fight!!! Margarito is nothing, and if and when, he fights him and beats him like the so called bums Gatti and Zab, people like u will say he was unproven and bum. He p4p because no matter what, he make people look subpar and everyone wants to see him lose. since when is Zab a bum, he lost one suspect fight to Baldomier who has been on a win streak for the last 5 yrs. His other losses where to Floyd, Spinks, Zoo. I dont think that makes him a bum. And u wonder why fighters take their time and choose the right fights. Floyd says that he will fight anyone for the right money. I can understand him not wanting to fight Marg the first time and wanting to wait on Oscar, but that fight isn't going to happen for now. Outside of Oscar, 8 million is the most money he is going to make. I don't want to hear this **** that Marg is not a A level fighter and that he has never beaten any quality opposition. Lets talk about Zab(talk about someone who has never beaten quality opposition and he still got the fight right after the loss to Baldomir) Floyd says he would beat Marg easily. I'm not saying he couldn't win, but man up and prove everyone wrong,and stop saying he'll do it if the money is right because this would be the most money he has ever fought for. P4P means fighting all comers and not making excuses. You can't tske that away from Winky, because he has and will fight everyone. He may not have won every fight pretty, or even won every fight but he was at least man enough to step up and take on all comers. That is P4P.

What would that prove? Why not put Winky in with Glen Johnson at Lt. Heavy to see who the better fighter is? I'll tell you why, because Glen fights two divisions above Winky. Even if they met at 168, Glen would pound Winky into oblivion yet you're not putting him down as the P4P champ.

However, Winky's skills are better than Glen's, right? Well, Floyd's are better than Winky's. That's why Floyd is P4P the better fighter.

BTW, why is Wright picking of a fighter who fights two divisions less than he does? He wants to fight a Welterweight because he cannot beat the top fighters in his division, that's why. ****, he's not even picking a 154-pounder to fight (such as the winner of Karmazin - Spinks or Vargas - Moseley). He knows he cannot beat a Middleweight so he tries to bully the smaller guys. Way to go, Wink

This is bull****... again, if it was an advantage for Wright to fight quote unquote "smaller guys" he'd knock them out.. you make it seem like he's going down in weight and overpowering his opponents which is (and this ones for ALL the people making this claim) BULL****...."smaller guys" present just as much of a threat as bigger ones when you're a "boxer"... get off this ****** criticism.
