        people saying that Canelo beat Golovkin at his own game, or saying that Canelo lumped up Golovkin's face..... are not saying that is why he won the fight..... but, they are 100% correct..... and yep, you better believe that the judges also noticed those things

        ummmmm, YES THEY ARE, maybe not you, but the general media/boxers/trainers that had Canelo winning, keep mentioning that Canelo "broke" Golovkin when in fact GGG was forced to fight another fight because Canelo stood his ground.


        since you keep bringing up the official scoring criteria, how about we use this scoring criteria and apply it to the first fight? im assuming you think he won the first fight as well?

        ring generalship? a guy running cannot win that argument
        effective aggression? ggg was the effective aggressor going forward whereas canelo would occasionaly throw when his back was on the ropes to get out of danger. defense? both were moving and slipping pretty well, maybe a slight edge to canelo. hard and cleaning punches? they were about even in power punches and golovkin doubled the jabs landed, people forget golovkin uses the jab in so many ways, the power jab he was throwing was pushing canelos head much more than a regular jab. nod to GGG.

        the point is the second fight was much close but i still had 7-5 golovkin. IMO, golovkin won both fights. the first fight was a blatant robbery and the second fight the money fighter got a house decision.

            On the basis he landed more powerful punches. Him doing it fighting exactly how Golovkin dared him to and beating Golovkin at his own game, just makes it more sweet.

              Ggg hits harder than Nell so Ggg punches were harder.
              Ggg beat Nell at Nel os game by outboxing nelo. He's outboard Nell twice.

                GGG never went after Canelo like he does other fighters. You have to wonder why. It’s because the counters were painful


                Had GGG fought Canelo like Kirkland did he would have gotten knocked out too.

                    It's OK hughie, i've known for a long time you live in cuckoo land. Most people saw Golovkin took the most punishment, even posters that scored for Golovkin agree that Golovkin took more punishment.
