Lemieux has re-hydrated into that range of weight for nearly all his recent fights. 2 reasons he was KOd so viciously... he pizzed Lemieux off badly, and he didn't respect his power. David has KOd plenty of guys at lesser fight-night weight. He's likely an even harder one-punch fighter than GGG.
