I’m not sure how old u are, but they did have same day weigh ins in the past. It was stopped for fighter safety reasons. People were killing themselves to make weight then had minimal time to recover and then had to get in a boxing match the same night. Sum people punch harder than others.

I don't think lemieux even made 160. Coincidentally he weighs in **** on 160 after failing to make weight in his last fight..and puts on 14lbs overnight. 14lbs of water? A golden boy show as well and we know spike was only acquired to be an opponent for the more popular fighters on their roster.
