Only Ray Beltran was a true Top Rank opponent and Postol and Horn they just had a couple options on but look at everyone else he fought. All from other promoters

On Top Rank cards. Where Bob controls everything. He doesn't work with other promoters. He will never allow Haymon to co-promote a Spence-Crawford fight or Crawford to fight on a Haymon card. Fight wont happen.
