This fanboy is so dumb to think 650million+ waste is saved by a 50m a year budget and a deal with fox deal.

This is the level of businessman we're dealing with at NSB

Please bookmark this all you want. Maybe you wish to educate a simple businessman with an MBA like me how PBC has been anything but an extreme failure.

You definitely don’t have an MBA or you wouldn’t even be passing off an article” that says “allegedly everywhere it can as fact. Further, you can’t even look at their holdings and ascertain anything because they aren’t even that transparent. And Gift changed his stance a year after this came out because he was wrong. Go figure, huh? So who are you kidding? You’re an insecure clown who literally posted PBC is dead hours before they announced the FOX deal. MBA...

Ok - Let me break this down.

They've spent 650million in 3 years from 2013-2016, and then completely cooled on their idea which was to buy air time. Why did they cool on that?

Because it was a bad investment and a swamp for money waste.

650 million (spent money) in 3 years / 50 million (new budget) = 13 years. Which means they now have 13 years to spend the same money they spent in 3 years.

Of course they'll make some profitable shows, and some not profitable - Probably more non-profitable since again the ticket sales and rights fees are not so aligned with the payment structure.

To say that PBC has been anything but an astronomical failure, is totally deluded and unfortunately comes from fanboys like IMDAZED who'd marry Al Haymon if he could, and who isn't smart enough to understand basic business.

I hope they succeed, but likely we'll just get more Showtime Championship Boxing - which isn't bad, but it was not the original PBC concept.

I have posted proof of my MBA many times on this forum

Their holdings have nothing to do with the business model. You don't understand business mate, I'm sorry. You have to look at PNLs to determine success, not how much money an individual has. Your knowledge of business is limited, and you discuss with your fanboy mind as opposed to your head.

I'm insecure? haha. Man, you're just laughable. You take it as a personal attack that PBC has gone down, and come back with ad hominem (look it up) as response. Laughable.

Yes - I clearly said PBC the idea - the business. I didn't say showtime boxing. I clearly said everything had gone back to exactly how it was. And the PBC brand is totally unknown to the general public and they've wasted an enormous sum of money with little returns. All facts.

but it doesn't mean anything other than Haymon making shows on Showtime.

If you removed the PBC branding from everything, no one would notice or care.

I don’t need proof of an MBA. I know you’re an idiot.

Tell me something, what are in those holdings? Specifically.

Ugh man, your understanding of business is so limited that you simply can't be discussed with.

Look at the way you get into a girl hissyfit when someone brings forward something bad about PBC Absolutely hilarious.

I know you're not literate in business, but look up PNL and understand what that means.

Holdings have nothing to do with success/failure of business model. ICPs, PMF or any model - I know you don't know any of these - determine business success, not holdings. So you asking that question just shows how limited your understanding of business is.

And you laugh about me having an MBA because you probably dropped out of highschool and can't imagine someone else succeeding in life.

                Sad.

I can't imagine someone with an MBA pretending to know which companies are being funded through those series' Gift copied into his article.

And since you can't possibly know that, you have no idea what those funds are being used for and how much is allocated to PBC. I'll let you in on a little secret: Gift didn't know either, hence the word "alleged" sprinkled everywhere in the article.

Gift changed the amount of the "alleged" funding multiple times in various articles later. Truth is, he just didn't know period. And he stopped discussing it entirely after the GBP-PBC court case which suggests the amount was significantly less than that. Your talk of an MBA is funny because you continually show you have no clue what you speak of. You don't know the terms of the deal with W&R, you have no clue what the terms were for the networks...you just don't know a damn thing. Just a few hours ago you said PBC was relegated to Showtime and dead. So tell me, what other facts do you wanna share?

I don't care what the specific article said You don't have to be a genius to understand that buying airtime wasn't a great idea - and he pissed away an enormous amount of money, in order to get others out of the market. And he failed miserably as the competition grew stronger and the losses he took were astronomic, as was evident by the lack of airtime bought in the last two years compared to the first few years. If something works, you keep doing it - About the first thing you learn in business school is to double down on the winner.

You're a Haymon fangirl. I get it. It's okay to want him to succeed - But you can't dispute the facts, and that is that the PBC brand is dead. If you took it away and just staged fights, no one beyond boxing fans would care or even notice. And has that been worth 600+ million in expenses? No.

Maybe in your mind it does, but since the investors that backed the PBC project refused to invest any more cash, clearly they don't.

But it's great they made a deal with Fox - This has been known for weeks though. So it's not news to me. But the more boxing the better - it doesn't take away from the fact that it has been a massive failure so far and it has no impression on the american or any other public, at all.

And with regards to me having an MBA, I don't really care what a simple fanboy like you believe or don't believe to be honest But I can send you my CV, Linkedin and several sources showing my credentials.
