If AJ's domestic beard gets rocked by Povetkin & knocked out... DAZN is in deep chit.

Only (1) loss in his entire career with 24 TKO/KO’s in 35 fights. 19 of those in 6 rounds or less. Very fundamental, technical fighter. No walk in the park for Joshua. He better be focused!
      Come on..

He looked old and awful v Hammer and had problems with David Price..

He's done at the top level.

Clearly. He’s getting KO’ed here, setting up the rematch versus the epitome of mediocre: Dillian Whyte.

Finkel really knew how to make big fights he must already go down as the worst manager of all time. i'd say the most crooked ... buy hey there is always Don King. Surely Don has stolen more money from Tyson than Shelley from Wilder just by the amount mike was making interesting to see though.
Weren't you one of those ones complaining about Wilder/Fury bringing up Joshua's name. Now here you go bringing up Wilder's name when this is about Joshua and Povetkin. Shame on you.

He has a good boxing brain along with the fundamentals and I think that will really cause Joshua issues.

He doesn’t strike me as a fighter that’s suddenly gotten old, or has a poor chin or stamina... so could be a rough night for Joshua. Solid win if he comes through it (I’d say as good as the Ortiz win - others will disagree and I’m sure!)

The other thing to mention is that Povetkin is sparring Danny Dubois in preparation, which is a really decent fit for Joshua’s style.
Agree partially. Haven't seen Povetkin against the right opponent to gage his post meldonium capabilities. He has the skillset to give Joshua problems, but I'm not sure he has the stamina to carry out an effective pressure/inside fighting game plan.

So Pov has 1 loss to Wlad, who scored 3 knockdowns but slug bug AJ is going to KO him???
Whoever wants to bet, let me know.
The only way this fight ends early is if Pedvektin stops AJ.

No that was the Wilder fight and Josh swerved it.

All the pressure is on Joshua here, he is expected to destory ped. Which is a greater motivation for Ped than fighting Price or hammer, if you cannot be motivated for someone like Joshua then no point in fighting on anymore.

Getting up for David Price and Anthony Joshua are (2) different things. Povetkin will be motivated for the Joshua fight. Besides, he handled his business against Price to secure this fight, regardless of how he looked, dropping him twice before stopping him in 5.
