He will get his props if he wins however, he will always be remembered as a cheater. everyone eat tacos outside, mexican soccer players as well. and none were caught having clen in the system.
sooner they will fight, sooner both boxers will move on. cause i've been tired of their teams barking at each other, trying to sell it hard.
"Positive tests for five players from the senior Mexico squad had alerted Fifa to a possible issue, and when four more positive tests emerged from the youth tournament the governing body decided to reanalyse all the 208 urine samples taken.".....

lol You must be a real brave, die hard, no holds barred, Rambo, super hero type, testosterone filled macho man type dude who can do push ups on his pinky fingers to criticize the accomplishments of a Boxing Hall of Famer that won championships in 6 weight divisions "professionally". Unless Im responding back to the late great P4P Sugar Ray Robinson(who had 19 defeats btw), your opinions about De La Hoya don't mean much.
If you are a De La Hoya hater no matter what I say you will try to discredit him so im done. Just remember you are on a boxing website trying to trash the resume of a ceritified boxing Hall of Famer and Olympic gold medalist and one of the most financally successful fighters of all time during and after his boxing career. He must have been doing something right...
I’m talking about what Oscar said. He said he faced great fighters. TRUE, I 100% agree. Oscar fought a lot of great fighters. But he also said he had great wins against great fighters. I said, I only see (2) great WINS against P4P and future HOF’ers IN THEIR PRIME.
That’s not being a Oscar hater at all or trying to discredit the man. He did win an Olympic Gold Medal, I will give him credit for that. But I looked at his PROFESSIONAL RESUME and it doesn’t look impressive based on wins and losses. If you had any common sense and objectivity, YOU would admit it isn’t that much better than Fernando Vargas. That’s all I said.
And it’s not the difficult to get into the International Boxing Hall of Fame, it’s as easy as getting into the NBA Hall of Fame. I don’t believe Winky Wright deserved a HOF nod recently. Those are the (2) easiest SPORT HOF’s to qualify for, not sure you knew that.
And I never said Oscar won’t make it to the HOF, I said he isn’t a HOF’er in my book taking a objective and real close look at his “professsional resume.”
And PLEASE, PLEASE, don’t embarrass yourself on a boxing forum with knowledgeable fans mentioning Oscar in the same breath as Sugar Ray Robinson. Are you on drugs, have you been drinking?????
Sugar Ray Robinson had 199 fights. How many losses would Oscar have IF he fought almost 200 fighters. And out of his 19 losses; he avenged (4) of those losses and (3) of those avenged wins came against HOF’ers Basilio, Fullmer, and LaMotta. And Robinson beat (7) HOF’ers, Henry Armstrong, Kid Gavilan, Carmen Basilio, Jake LaMotta, Rocky Graziano, Gene Fullmer and Fritzie Zivic.
“Technically” Oscar beat (4) HOF’ers, Camacho, Chavez, Whitaker, & Gatti. But he beat Chavez, Camacho on the tail end of theirs careers after they all had so many fights. Gatti was over rated, prime example that it’s easy to get into the HOF. Oscar only beat (1) when they were in their prime, Whitaker, a lot of people had that fight a draw or a win for Whitaker.
Someone needs to revoke your boxing card. You don’t know sh@t about boxing. STOP IT!Last edited by markther; 08-16-2018, 03:42 PM.Comment

I'm a real fan and I support him because of his boxing skills and ability. The fact that he is Mexican helps so I won't lie. I hated mayweather, but I was a fan of his boxing skills and ability, was a fan of ggg, till his fans open their mouth. Mikey is my favorite boxer, I like Thurman, Spence, bud, wilder, zurdo, gallito, Valdez... Just a short list.Comment

the irony of how some fans criticized mayweather style constantly, called him boring, but now when one of their own has been accused of not fighting in a pleasing style, their tune changes. But what I was referring to with ggg is his desire to seek out kos and action. When I said Canelo had given fans reasons not to like him, I wasn't talking about his fighting style, I was referring to his diva behaviors, dropping belts and arguing with the organization over a mandatory defense, complaining over a draw in a fight most had him losing, certain opponent selections and positive ped tests.Comment
