Oh, I believe Floyd. As does everyone with two brain cells to rub together.

    Hurt people however...

Care to point to one of your last 200 posts that don't have anything to do with Floyd, or Manny by extension?

Even some honest Floyd fans find it hard to believe that Floyd really needed that IV.

You believe in what? Floyd said for 5+ years that drug testing doesn't affect you (giving urine/blood) but he used that as an excuse even though he didn't give blood for 10 days!!!!

      You still believe Floyd?

The head of the WADA TUE Committee doesn't even believe!

Right now I am in a debate and have not mentioned either by name but one may say it is related.

I posted on a video of Ali the other day but do you really care?

#1 - You have no idea what his condition was.

#2 - USADA witnessed his condition.

#3 - He gave urine samples before and after the IV, negating any benefit of a "system flush."

#4 - The doctors on the TUE committee don't know who the athlete is when they make their decision.

#1 - Actually, Floyd and ELLERBE said it was just due to dehydration BUT he drank like a fish at the weigh in!!!!

#2 - The DCO witnessed but is not a certified doctor!!!!

#3 - Floyd couldn't provide enough BEFORE so they had to get more AFTER and combine it!!!!

#4 - Who establishes their own TUEC? USADA

Who can create a "special" one for Floyd? USADA

Who received the application for the BS RETRO TUE? USADA!!!!

Who didn't do any investigation on Floyd? USADA!!!

USADA rubber stamped the RETRO TUE and gave it to Floyd the next day!!!!

Some cases it takes months due to thorough investigations!!!!

USADA investigated this guy and suspended him 14 months for getting, like Floyd, a vitamin ****tail.

Interestingly specifies when you need a TUE prior to and when you can get a RETRO TUE.

              RETRO TUE for emergency
              Prior TUE for recovery

On May 24, 2018, Lochte, 33, posted an image on social media depicting himself receiving an intravenous infusion. A subsequent investigation by USADA, with which Lochte fully cooperated, revealed that Lochte received an intravenous infusion of permitted substances at an infusion clinic in a volume greater than 100 mL in a 12-hour period without a The****utic Use Exemption (TUE).

Intravenous infusions or injections in a volume greater than 100 mL within a 12-hour period are prohibited at all times – except for those legitimately received in the course of hospital treatment, surgical procedures, or clinical diagnostic investigations under the USADA Protocol for Olympic and Paralympic Movement Testing, the United States Olympic Committee National Anti-Doping Policies, and the Fédération Internationale de Natation Anti-Doping Rules, all of which have adopted the World Anti-Doping Code and the World Anti-Doping Agency Prohibited List.

Intravenous infusions or injections in excess of 100 mL within a 12-hour period received in any other setting require an approved TUE. If a prohibited substance is administered intravenously or via injection, a TUE is necessary for this substance regardless of volume.

Administration of IV infusions over the WADA volume limit, including dietary supplement and vitamin ****tails, provided to athletes for recuperation, recovery or lifestyle reasons is prohibited at all times without prior TUE approval.

In situations of medical emergency, a retroactive TUE application pursuant to the International Standard for The****utic Use Exemptions is acceptable. USADA has additional information regarding IV infusions available here.

Basically you believe in a conspiracy/cover up that is a fringe belief, akin to thinking aliens are responsible for missing planes (etc).... Okay. If that's your position, then there's no arguing/debating. You have a fringe belief that doesn't conform to taking evidence at value... but relies on the presupposition that USADA is a corrupt organisation.
If that's what you believe, then that's what you believe. But don't expect others to also just accept your presupposition.
