USADA is the one that caught Armstrong. Why would they cover for America's #1 villain (Floyd) but bust America's #1 hero (Lance)? Doesn't make any sense.

Lance Armstrong did NOT pay off USADA. They paid UCI who "helped" Lance. Others that were paid off also helped Lance. That is the way it words, duh!

Nope, I didn't say that Floyd couldn't fail a test. The LABs are independant (but has happened before - Russia recently). I actually gave you an example of Lance who was tested positively. UCI aided in accepting a RETRO prescription by Lance's doctor.

Floyd's weight was rock solid for 1 month and actually he admits, for a decade!

Floyd drank plenty after the weigh-in.
