USADA is the one that caught Armstrong. Why would they cover for America's #1 villain (Floyd) but bust America's #1 hero (Lance)? Doesn't make any sense.
So? Boxing is statistically insignificant to USADA's budget. You're literally just making up a wild conspiracy theory with absolutely no facts or evidence. "Floyd got USADA into boxing, therefore USADA is completely corrupt and orchestrated a massive cover up to protect Floyd." That's a pretty big leap, especially when you have no evidence or anything other than a crazy conspiracy theory you invented.
Lance Armstrong did NOT pay off USADA. They paid UCI who "helped" Lance. Others that were paid off also helped Lance. That is the way it words, duh!
USADA even said at the time that it is unethical that Lance paid UCI. Lance paid UCI to improve their drug testing. Sounded legit, right?
years later, Floyd and company paid USADA. NOT a 1 time thing. The amount was also excessive relatively speaking. So after all those years of Floyd paying USADA, Floyd received what he wanted.
To get a FREEBIE!!! Floyd was allowed to use an ILLEGAL BANNED IV!!!!
Others have tried. USADA would sometimes acknowledge AFTER an INVESTIGATION, that it appeared to be due to the athlete's ignorance BUT GUESS WHAT?
I don't know about Holyfield but he admitted taking steroids himself. As for Floyd he tested positive before 3 different fights, Google it kid, I'm not gonna do everything for you, smh.
Yes, USADA was hired for many Floyd fights. Are you saying if you hire USADA, you can't fail their tests? The testers don't know who the athlete is. How does this work? What evidence do you have?
The amount was also excessive relatively speaking.
According to who? The corrupt writer HBO hired to smear Floyd?
To get a FREEBIE!!! Floyd was allowed to use an ILLEGAL BANNED IV!!!!
It was 100% legal. So he hired USADA to confirm any IV use was legitimate, when his IV use wasn't legitimate? Then why hire USADA to police something that wasn't illegal unless you hired USADA? You're not making any sense.

Nope, I didn't say that Floyd couldn't fail a test. The LABs are independant (but has happened before - Russia recently). I actually gave you an example of Lance who was tested positively. UCI aided in accepting a RETRO prescription by Lance's doctor.
USADA accepted Floyd's doctor's retro BS TUE even though there was no severe dehydration going on.
Floyd sent the RETRO TUE application to who? USADA!!!!!
That writer came up with some really good points.
Furthermore, the head of the WADA TUE Committee called what happened "smells bad", "red flag" and stated that Floyd shouldn't have received the IV. They are used for urgent cases and gave examples as to why if that happened to Floyd then Floyd would NOT have been in fighting condition!
Yo udo not give an IV when we see Floyd drinking away at the weigh-in. It is science. Floyd's weight was relatively stable. He drank enough as per WADA/USADA guidelines so that there was no IV warranted.
Remember that Floyd/Ellerbe said that it was "just dehydration". What is dehydration? Loss in fluids .... but Floyd lost little as per his 30 day weigh-in, 2 weeks weigh-in, .... and weigh-in. If Floyd can get an IV, then IVs should be on the house for EVERY ATHLETE who has to make weight ..... BUT YOU KNOW, that is NOT the case. It is ILLGEAL as per WADA rules!!!!

Everything you said has been debunked in numerous threads yet you keep posting the same rhetoric.
