So USADA tried to go by the rules as much as possible, in case they get caught then they can still say that it was by the books and so they did nothing wrong .... BUT they omitted certain steps. For example, if there is no investigation, who will actually find out the truth?

USADA is the one that caught Armstrong. Why would they cover for America's #1 villain (Floyd) but bust America's #1 hero (Lance)? Doesn't make any sense.

So? Boxing is statistically insignificant to USADA's budget. You're literally just making up a wild conspiracy theory with absolutely no facts or evidence. I've never taken anything but am close friends with several people who have or still do. It makes a HUGE difference and it's not rocket science.
