He didnt let Morales' jab bother him and landed many brutal lefts that ultimatly wore down Morales. Morales was knocked down by a couple of clean blows but what made a difference was the body work that took Morales' legs from him.
Hmm.. So, do you think Morales stands a chance in the next fight?
Or will it be all out domination from Manny?

What should it be called, the "I quit" fight? I love that Duran is still haunted by "No Mas". That was one of the most cowardly things I have ever seen in the ring. Duran is an all time great, but he proved that night that he is psychologically and emotionally fragile. Meanwhile Sugar Ray was a psychologcal and tactical genius.

And your point is? So we all found out Roberto "Manos de Piedras" Duran is human, damn can you belive the man is human.

people who keep remembers and cementing the 2nd leonard fight have a hate or dislike for duran, he like chavez beat a lot of peoples favorite fighters and not only that he also verbally humiliated them. And they keep this dark cloud over his face his entire life what a shame for those people like you to do that but it show the charector of that person, that person who was once bulled by a person that duran once was.

Roberto Duran still a great fighter how every you want to twist that ****.

Tszyu quit, Robinson quit, Freitas quit, Whitiker quit that list goes on its how you will remember your bully

                lol...Riiiight

Leonard fought Duran's fight the first time and damn near won.

I laugh at Duran and his apologists.

                Was Duran great - yes.

                Was he a quiting ***** - yes.

                Both are true.

Duran is old and he has taken more then his share of abuse. All of the carnage that he unleashed early in his career returned to please the favor and unleash its own.

So maybe Duran will go to his grave believing that he never said it. Ad Wolgast used to speak of his upcoming bouts while he stayed at an old folks home, the bout always being scheduled for tomorrow. Ad suffered from it and possibly Duran is starting to show his own signs.

duran forced him to fight that fight, there is no denying that the duran that showed up for the first fight was far more prepared, lenord only wanted a rematch after he heard duran balloned up to 230 pounds, i dont care what style is used if these to show up at 100 perent it will always be a very close fight
