Their first fight was a classic. Definitely the retirement in the second was a shock, but at the same time, it put a timely end to a horrible fight that wasn't a fight. It takes two to make a good fight and if one guy wants to run a marathon, I'd just as soon not watch. It's a blot on the career of Duran, but I wasn't too happy that night with SRL either.

and many of you judge duran, but clearly their was somthing wrong with him that night, everybody wants to say they'd do this or they'd do that but thats pure bs.

ray leonard was running alot in that fight..and i mean literally running..ray leonard was GREEN and scared in that fight and duran is overrated..the fight was horribly boring

he didn't up until his first arguable loss in de la hoya. his draw with chavez and first "loss" to ramierz were absolute jokes.
