Kovalev though, was certainly a hypejob. A overrated plodder who was living off feasting on bums and has beens.

A sore loser who blamed everyone but himself on his losses and was way too arrogant for his own good. Add in also a racist and someone who celebrated killing another boxer in the ring. All adds up to a proper cvnt of a man who I along with many others truly enjoyed seeing it him having his ass handed to him by Alvarez.

Yeah he has to take blame for being arrogant but some of the other stuff in your post isn't accurate. He's not a racist and he never bragged about killing a man in the ring.

he was a good fighter with a nice one two, but he was figured out and its over. we all know why he was hyped. i actually liked the guy but the ward fights showed he was a mental midget and an azzhole tho i think he won the first one. as long as you are not at the end of his punches and can take the ones that land, land body shots and have a jab you can beat kov. the blueprint has been laid

He has had a good career. Unified three titles, was dominant for quite some time and most believe he won the first Ward fight. Perhaps not the smoothest or most polished fighter, but excellent jab, hard puncher. He probably falls short of being a hall of famer but he was rightly regarded as a p4p caliber fighter for a number of years.

Boxing fans are the worst in all sports. Never give credit, always too proud to admit being wrong and come up with reasons why someone they don't like is good and then the moment someone loses they are overrated, a hype job, garbage etc;

Guess Andre Ward is a ***** hype job, too, since the majority thought he lost to Kovalev in the first fight. And it's always Ward fans doing this, which is them discrediting the man's best wins.

It also completely dismisses a lot of tough, good fighters that Kovalev fought to reach the top. So you're just calling an entire division trash without seemingly realizing that you're cheapening Ward's career along the way.
