One might as well take Pacquiao off that list because he is no longer the draw that he once was in his prime. For example: He can no longer fight in America, HBO has dropped him from its rotation and now his fights are only televised on ESPN+.
We have no idea how much money he's got backing him to fight in Malaysia. With Matthysse getting something like $3m for the fight, it wouldn't shock me to find out that Pacquiao ends up with at least $10m.
he draws 10,000 plus every time he fights at home.
no other American is doing that in their hometowns
Deontay Wilder, Danny Garcia, LSC and Mares twice, Errol Spence, Adrien Broner, Easter Jr, and likely Mikey Garcia all do that in their hometowns. Would include Crawford and Ramirez, but would check the ticket prices
5 is probably Broner. He might not be seen as elite, but people tune into his fights and he brings in good numbers, even if the buildups are usually more exciting than his fights. I don't think Fury is top five and he just came back after a long layoff.
Canelo is the biggest draw everywhere besides the U.K.
Surely Canelo is the biggest moneymaker right now. Pac is right behind. Joshua the next big money maker. A case could be argued for Golovkin too. Not sure there are very many outside these guys earning the big dough at current time.
